This place has a cozy atmosphere and cheap rooms with a bedroom and several couches, and all the staff members were efficient and helpful.

The food at the restaurant is typical, tasty, and worth trying. The local beer and wine selection is also great. The surroundings exude a castle atmosphere, and it's just a short 20-minute drive to the medieval city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

The hotel had indeed a stunning location to the outdoor dining area. And it was also just off a historic castle with great views over the countryside and the major sights in Franken Germany and a hill overlooking a beautiful valley.

The location of this historical castle is wonderful, in the heart of Franconia and close to the Romantic Road. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and the temperature is just right. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, including a tasty black vegetarian burger. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The castle's view from the dining room is simply amazing and the owners provide interesting information about its history.

The west-facing rooms can get incredibly hot, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The hotel offers fair prices and the rooms are recently refurbished with unique antique beds. The showers are adequate, and the panoramic windows are a great feature. The amazing customer service provided during our vacation was a highlight. Additionally, the hotel has good parking.
